(4) The proposed project manager must possess Grade II or above qualification as a Registered Constructor in Highway Engineering, be validly registered, and have no ongoing projecThis project is a procurement project with reserved shares, and the reserved share measure is overall reservation (specifically for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises). (6) Consortium bids are not accepthis project.
